This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details requirements for Mass Notification System (MNS) support at Robins Air Force Base from 1 August 2025 to 31 June 2030. The contract involves maintaining and expanding the existing mass notification infrastructure, which includes a primary console, mobile LMR, rack mount equipment, encoders, warning sirens, and notification systems across multiple base buildings. Key performance requirements include 24/7 emergency and routine maintenance, with response times of 4 hours for emergency issues and 24 hours for non-emergency issues, and a 98% system uptime/availability requirement.

The contractor must perform annual preventive maintenance inspections, diagnostic testing at each siren location, and ensure all equipment installations comply with UFC and Air Force standards.
