About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for interior wayfinding signage design services. The contractor (KTR) shall design and specify a new wayfinding sign program that leverages existing zone letters, creates an intuitive room numbering system, and retrofits existing room identity signage. The project will produce signage construction documents, room numbering plans, and sign demolition plans. All data collection will occur in unclassified areas requiring no special access.

The contractor must provide general project management, maintain a project schedule Gantt chart, and conduct an on-site kick-off meeting followed by a site survey. Deliverables are structured in three phases: Schematic Design (SD) including narrative statement and signage drawings; Design Development (DD) with technical sign type drawings, installation elevations, location plans, message schedules, and room numbering floor plans; and Construction Documents (CD) with identical components to the DD phase. Both DD and CD deliverables must be provided in 11x17 and 30x42 electronic PDF formats. Additional deliverables include conceptual design (PDF), location plans (PDF and AutoCAD), message schedules (Excel), sign specifications (PDF), and map/insert artwork (PDF). The project encompasses wayfinding signage (directional signs, directories, destination identification) and retrofit components for existing room ID signs. The overall performance period is 6 months from contract award. The Contracting Officer issues the task order and manages compliance; PACAF/CSF provides technical review and approval; and the contractor executes design and oversight services.
