PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
FY ‘25 Page 1
Annual preventive maintenance for seven (7) Dräger Apollo anesthesia units with their accompanying Delta XL monitor, Infinity C700 monitor, and Vapor 2000-ISO vaporizer
1. Scope of Work.
The Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRU-SA) requires, via this Performance Work Statement (PWS), a vendor to provide semi-annual/annual maintenance and an on-site service agreement for its seven (7) Dräger Apollo anesthesia units with their accompanying Delta XL monitor, Infinity C700 monitor, and Vapor 2000-ISO vaporizer. NAMRU SA conducts multiple studies requiring the use of these anesthesia units. Any downtime due to inoperable components, parameters out of line with factory specifications, or other reductions in performance due to equipment not maintained optimally and within factory determined specifications leads to significant losses of time, man hours, and loss in research productivity. This loss of time and productivity directly harms the mission of NAMRU-SA to provide gap driven research to improve the survival, operational readiness, and safety of DoD personnel.
