The following Services Summary identifies the performance objectives and performance thresholds for critical tasks associated with providing support services for this requirement. The performance threshold briefly describes the minimum acceptable levels of service required for each requirement. These thresholds are critical to mission success. As a general rule, defects are categorized as follows: (1), ‘Major’ defects that present significant safety or health hazards to customer or contract employees (e.g. improperly braced or attached exterior stairs) and (2), ‘Minor’ defects that, though inconvenient or annoying, do not impede or delay mission accomplishment (e.g. missing light fixture or plug receptacle).
