This Performance-Based Work Statement describes maintenance, repair, servicing, and calibration services for twenty-three Advanced AIS Programmable Signal Processor Interface Test Adapter Sub-Assemblies (AAIS-PSP-ITASA), Model 1670 units at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB). The equipment supports testing and repair of Line Replaceable Units critical to F-16 sustainment. The contract period consists of one twelve-month basic year plus four twelve-month option years, with work performed at HAFB. The contractor must provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, parts, labor, and materials necessary to perform the required services.

The primary service requirements include preventative maintenance every sixty days for all units, with specific scheduling for the 523 Electronic Maintenance Support Group (nineteen units) and 581 Software Engineering Squadron (four units). The contractor must perform preventative maintenance tasks including refrigerant and oil level checks, back pressure calibration, and high/low temperature and pressure calibrations using government-provided technical data and factory standards. Additional responsibilities include on-call maintenance with one business day response time, provision of replacement parts for routine and non-routine repairs, and monthly status reports due by the tenth calendar day of each month. The contractor must also implement a comprehensive safety program with OO-ALC/SE approval, provide a Safety Plan at contract award, report mishaps exceeding $2,000 within one hour, and comply with all security, environmental, and OSHA requirements. Work hours are 0500 to 1430 during normal operations with the 5-4-9 Compressed Work Schedule, and contractor personnel must coordinate with lead technicians from both squadrons for scheduling and execution of all maintenance activities.
