The key requirements include providing a certified parachute drop zone within 100 miles of San Diego, CA that meets specified facility criteria, as well as providing DOD-approved commercial aircraft, pilots, and aircrew to support static-line jump training. The contract term is one year from date of award, with the government intending to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. A related federal contract opportunity notice indicates the government plans to award this as a sole source contract to Perris Valley Aviation Services Inc.
