About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a calibration requirement for National Instruments (NI) hardware for the U.S. Air Force Air Force Sustainment Center. The contract involves calibrating two specific types of NI hardware: High Frequency Hardware (Part Number 960459-03) and RF Analyzer/Generator PXIE 5667 (Part Number 960464-03), covering 16 serial numbers for high-frequency hardware and 12 serial numbers for RF hardware. The contractor must perform compliant calibration at their own facility within 30 days of receiving the equipment, provide calibration certificates, and notify the government within 7 calendar days if calibration fails.

The equipment will be shipped from four different military locations: Aviano, Italy; Kadena Air Base, Japan; Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii; and Otis Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. After calibration, the contractor must return the equipment to these original sites. The solicitation (FA822225QB012) is a single-source requirement specifically for calibrating NI PXI equipment, with the contractor responsible for receiving, calibrating, and returning the hardware while maintaining its integrity and without making unauthorized modifications.
