About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for calibration and/or repair services of Automated Mass Handlers issued by the U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA). The contractor must provide accredited calibration and/or repair services for two Fluke PG7000-AMH Automated Mass Handlers (serial numbers 2694 and 2345) that are part of a pneumatic cross float system requiring adjustments to meet mission accuracy requirements.
The contractor's primary task is to ensure mass adjustment meets uncertainty requirements within 20 parts per million (ppm) through precise calibration of the mass sets. The government will ship all units from the USATA facility to the contractor's facility at government expense within 48 hours of contract award notification (excluding weekends and holidays). All work must be performed at the contractor's facilities, with the U.S. Army TMDE Activity at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama responsible for receiving, inspection, and acceptance through DFAS Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The contractor is authorized to return-ship and invoice individual units as completed to reduce turnaround time. The period of performance is specified in Section B of the contract, with no government-furnished equipment provided and quality requirements listed as not applicable.
