Bolanos, Deinor A CIV DHA DHA CONTRACTING ACT (USA) The PWS requires critical results to be telephoned "within 30 minutes." The PRS Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) omits this critical time component, only stating "Notification will be made 95% of the time." This makes the AQL incomplete and unenforceable as written.

You must insert the Time Requirement into the AQL: Recommended Replacement for PRS #8 AQL is:

Notification will be made within 30 minutes 95% of the time.

Bolanos, Deinor A CIV DHA DHA CONTRACTING ACT (USA) Similar to PRS 8, the PWS requires a telephonic report "within 30 minutes" and an electronic report "within 1 day." The PRS AQL omits these timeframes entirely, making it vague and unenforceable.

Recommended Replacement for PRS #9 AQL to:

Telephonic notification within 30 minutes and electronic notification within 1 day will be performed 95% of the time.
