About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) that specifies 11 mandatory data submissions the contractor must provide throughout contract performance at a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). The contractor must deliver Medical Facility Adapted Manuals within five working days of contract award in both electronic and hard copy formats. Monthly submissions include work schedules (due at least two weeks prior to the month of accomplishment), monthly status reports (due every Tuesday of the last week of each month), and inventory inspections of government-furnished items (due every Friday of the last week of each month). Weekly submissions consist of status reports due every Tuesday and weather forecast reports with projected response actions due November through April.
Additional annual or as-needed submissions include approval documentation from the Integrated Change Control (ICC) board for supplies and materials lists (due within five days of award and immediately upon updates), training reports submitted monthly via email with a seven-day response requirement for updated information, a safety program compliant with MTF and installation standards (due within five days of award), and a Quality Control Program (QCP) detailing how the contractor will ensure contract compliance (due within ten days of award). A semiannual linen inventory report is required at the beginning of the contract and every six months thereafter. All deliverables are distributed to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Facility Management in hard copy, email, or both as specified. The document is marked as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and controlled by USAHCA and MRCO-P.
