PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT PLAN (PAP)
Contractor shall perform all requirements accurately and timely; the below standards will be those the Government routinely evaluates. The quality standards are measured in monthly lot size.

Maintain HR correspondence to include but not limited to Files/Folders, scan, copy, fax, purge and archive.
Documents shall be filed daily, accurately, and as specified by the cognizant office. SP personnel shall maintain current files in a manner permitting government staff access at all times.
Provide Presentation metrics on application data
Prepare and maintain paper and electronic presentation files, print copies, and binding/distributing presenter’s notes.
Presentation and briefing products shall be generated on schedule.

Prepare, receive, and process all Government-approved supply requests/requisitions for office supplies including printing services.
Supplies shall be available for Government employees when needed.
Purchase requisitions will be prepared within 2 work days of receipt.

Maintain NEO Surveys/Reviews/Studies
Perform Government-initiated studies; conduct surveys, report results and prepare/present briefing of findings.
Statistical history and justification data shall be maintained in accordance with established guidelines and guidance.
