About this file

This is a blank template for Attachment 2 (List of Aircraft) that contractors must complete as part of a federal aircraft services contract. The document requires contractors to identify all aircraft they own or control for contract performance by providing specific technical and operational specifications for each aircraft, organized in a table format.

Contractors must populate the table with the following information for each aircraft: type/model, tail number, number of passenger seats, empty weight (in pounds), maximum gross take-off weight (in pounds), fuel burn rate (in litres per GCSM), range in GCSM, and maximum payload capacity for both internal and sling operations (in pounds). The contractor is required to maintain complete control over all listed aircraft throughout the contract period. Additional aircraft may be added or deleted only with written concurrence from the Contracting Officer and technical approval from both the COR (Contracting Officer's Representative) and AMIC/Det 1. The document specifies that all aircraft offered must be equipped and certified for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations. The list must be dated and updated as current as of a specified date. This attachment applies to all contract periods and serves as the formal inventory of available aircraft resources for contract execution.
