About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a strategic community sponsorship program at the O'Malley Ice and Sports Center in Anchorage, Alaska, under solicitation W50S6L-26-Q-0014 issued by the 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard.

The PWS outlines a comprehensive, venue-based advertising and community sponsorship package designed to enhance public awareness of the Alaska Air National Guard and support its recruiting mission by engaging with families and young athletes in a high-traffic community setting. The sponsorship is intended to leverage the O'Malley Ice and Sports Center's unique position as a premier, multi-rink ice arena serving as a central hub for youth and amateur sports with year-round audience engagement. The Government determined sole-source award to O'Malley Ice and Sports Center is justified under FAR 13.106-1(b) because the facility is the only source capable of providing the required services, as the specific requirements are intrinsically linked to the center's proprietary assets, audience demographics, and environment. This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes; however, all responsible sources believing they can fully meet the PWS requirements are invited to submit detailed capability statements electronically by the specified response deadline. Capability statements must address the offeror's ability to meet every requirement listed in the PWS, with evaluation focused on the extent to which responses demonstrate capacity to fulfill the strategic sponsorship objectives within the unique venue context.
