PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT
For
XT V-160 Nikon X-Ray Inspection Machine - Annual Maintenance Coverage
16 MAR 2023
1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, travel, and FOB destination shipping as necessary to perform the annual maintenance coverage (AMC) for the XT V-160 Nikon X-Ray Inspection Machine (Qty 1 ea./SN: JN4651) which shall include the necessary on-site visit(s) to accomplish, pre-inspection, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance with three (3) calendar days response-time, evaluation(s)/repair(s), applicable hardware (HW)/software (SW) upgrades, technical support, radiation certificate, necessary shipping, and a three (3) month variable warranty. These maintenance services shall be performed in building 640 for the MQ-9 Reaper program in support of the 402nd Electronic Maintenance Group (EMXG) at Robins AFB. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Nikon Metrology, Inc. shall perform all services.
1.1 Over and Above Work. Work discovered during the course of performance that is:
1.1.1 Within the general scope of the contract, not covered by the line item(s) for the basic work under the contract, and necessary in order to satisfactorily complete the contract.
1.1.2 Upon discovery of the need for over and above work, the Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Government a work request. Upon request the Contractor shall promptly submit to the Contracting Officer, a proposal for the over and above work.
The Government and Contractor will then negotiate a settlement for the over and above work. Contract modifications will be executed to definitize all over and above work.
1.2 The Contractor shall provide maintenance services for the following X-ray inspection machine:

On-site visit “Response Times” shall be within three (3) calendar days after scheduling at Robins AFB: base year shall begin on date of contract award and up to 4 option years thereafter
(Note: These services are contingent upon the completion of an OEM requirement for a machine “Pre-inspection” which will be accomplished prior to preventative maintenance as listed in para 1.4.2.)
1.3 Services. The Contractor shall provide the XT V-160 Nikon Xray inspection machine’s annual maintenance coverage (AMC) services which shall include the necessary pre-inspection, preventive/corrective maintenance, evaluation(s)/ repair(s), applicable hardware (HW)/software (SW) upgrades, technical support, and radiation certificate, as listed in paragraph 1.0 and 1.1 that shall enhance the machine performance/functionality to meet or exceed the Government’s operational standards and the required safety regulations relative to the OEM specifications which includes but not limited to the following:
1.3.1 Quality Management. The Contractor shall have a Quality Management System
(QMS) that meet or exceed the general requirements for the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 which specifies the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories—with the assurance that the Contractor has the necessary competence and impartiality to perform specific technical activities such as certification, testing, and inspection. (Note: calibration is not applicable to this requirement.)
1.3.1.1 Certifications. The Contractor shall have the necessary X-Ray inspection machine certification(s) prior to contract award date which shall remain valid throughout the duration of the Contractor’s performance of services listed 1.0 and 1.1 that meets or exceeds the local, state {i.e., Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (EPD)}, and/or federal environmental/health/safety standards for non-destructive inspection (NDTI) test methods via industrial radiography equipment.
1.4 Annual Maintenance Coverage (AMC). The Contractor shall coordinate with the
Government Representative to schedule the on-site service request(s) date and time to perform the applicable XT V-160 Nikon X-Ray inspection machine annual maintenance services over the duration of the base year plus up to four (4) options—five (5) total years (as listed in paragraph 1.0 and 1.1). In addition, the X-Ray inspection machine certified technicians shall perform maintenance services using up-to-date maintenance and evaluation/repair techniques according to the applicable OEM specifications. At a minimum, the Contractor shall perform the following maintenance tasks:
1.4.1 On-Site Visit(s). The Contractor shall coordinate the specifics concerning the details surrounding the scheduling of the annual maintenance on-site visit(s) and the date/time with the Government Representative(s) at Robins AFB within two (2) business days after contract award relative to the services referenced in paragraph
1.0 and section 1.2. Thereafter, the Contractor shall accomplish the initial annual preventative maintenance on-site visit (as listed in para. 1.4.2). Thereafter, unresolved technical support issues that require on-site visits will prompt the Government Representative to schedule an on-site service call. At that time, the Contractor shall provide the on-site “Response Time” for corrective maintenance within three (3) calendar days—after a mutually agreed upon date and time (as listed in para. 1.4.5).
1.4.2 Pre-Inspection/Preventative Maintenance. The Contractor’s schedule and perform the pre-inspection in conjunction with the routine preventative maintenance on-site visit within ten (10) calendar days after contract award whereas the Contractor shall arrive at Robins AFB to provide the initial onsite maintenance services which shall include, but not limited to the following:
1.4.2.1 Pre-inspection. The Contractor shall perform a pre-inspection to validate the functional condition of the X-Ray machine whereas the said pre-inspection shall occur prior to the Contractor’s performance of the preventative maintenance listed in 1.4.2.2.
a. In the event that the pre-inspection results require additional work to be performed, the Contractor shall notify the Government Representative(s) and the Contractor Officer prior to performing said preventative maintenance.
b. The Contractor shall provide a quote to the Contracting Officer for additional costs associated with the performance of the pre-inspection that exceeds the government purchase card (GPC) threshold. Otherwise, the additional costs required to accomplish pre-inspection shall be processed on a separate contract action after approval has been provided through the Contracting Officer (also, see para. 1.1).
1.4.2.2 Preventative Maintenance. The Contractor shall perform the preventative maintenance in conjunction with the pre-inspection whereas the said preventative maintenance shall occur after the pre-inspection (as listed in para 1.4.2.1) has been accomplished and the Government Representative has been notified of the pre-inspection results. After the approval of the Government Representative’s, the Contractor shall proceed with the performance of the Preventative maintenance as follows:
a. Mechanical and electrical inspection(s), as applicable which includes:
Clean/polish the cathode and anode.
Change & align filament, as needed.
Flush and refill cooling system
Test safety interlocks
Re-grease turbo pump
Drain and replace backing pump oil.
Check and grease lead screw and bearings.
Clean and grease high voltage cable connections.
Check O-rings and replace, as necessary.
b. Part replacement(s)
c. Evaluation and repair(s)
d. Consumable material(s), as needed relative to performing the maintenance services.
1.4.3 Radiation Survey and Safety Inspection. The Contractor shall accomplish the survey and inspection tasks as required which shall include the following tasks:
1.4.3.1 Run x-ray source at maximum kV and current to produce the highest possible radiation output.
1.4.3.2 The survey shall be repeated with all available targets.
1.4.3.3 Record the highest detected radiation leakage.
1.4.3.4 Provide radiation certificate in accordance with EPD (as listed in para.
1.3.1.1) rules and regulations.
(See CDRL A002)
1.4.4 Technical Support. The Contractor shall provide corrective maintenance technical support for the X-Ray machine relative to any applicable technical issue(s) via telephone/electronic email from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (“EST”) on weekdays—Monday through Friday.
1.4.4.1 In the event, the Contractor is not able to resolve the machine’s technical issue(s) utilizing telephone and/or electronic email, the Contractor shall coordinate with the Government Representative(s) to schedule the required on-site corrective maintenance visit(s) as listed in para. 1.4.7.
1.4.4.2 After the Contractor and the Government Representative(s) have mutually agreed on a date/time for the onsite visit, the Contractor shall dispatch a certified on-site technician that shall provide on-site corrective maintenance for the X-Ray inspection machine within three (3) calendar days in building 640 at Robins AFB.
1.4.5 Corrective Maintenance. If the Contractor’s technical support guidance (listed in
1.4.3) does not successfully resolve equipment failure issues, the Government will coordinate with the Contractor to request a corrective maintenance on-site service visit. Thereafter, the Contractor shall perform necessary corrective maintenance to resolve failure issues within three (3) calendar days after the Government Representative(s) service request that meet or exceed the OEM’s operational performance standards which shall include, but not limited to the following:
1.4.5.1 Includes all covered parts, labor, and domestic shipping.
1.4.5.2 Option to provide the applicable components on loan (contingent upon part availability)—includes domestic shipping.
1.4.5.3 The Government will have the option to implement repairs upon approval by the Government Representative listed in para. 4.1 to accomplish internal maintenance as follows:
a. The Government’s internal maintenance option will be accomplished in accordance with the OEM’s consultation guidance and approval prior to the Government’s technician(s) performance of said repairs.
b. In addition, the Government will provide the Contractor with a detailed accounting of all maintenance/repair internal maintenance via electronic mail at the discretion of the Government Representative.

Day/time and description of maintenance and/or repair(s) accomplished.
Description of Replacement parts installed, if applicable.
1.4.6 Hardware/Software Upgrade. The Contractor shall provide applicable “new” replacement hardware and the up-to-date software version(s) upgrade(s) for the machine during the associated maintenance visit listed in para. 1.4 which shall be accomplished by certified OEM servicing technician(s) which are accredited for servicing the X-Ray inspection machine listed in para. 1.0 and 1.1). The said technicians shall accomplish the upgrade(s) utilizing the most advanced techniques for the equipment maintenance and repair in accordance with OEM specification which shall include but not limited to the following:
1.4.6.1 One (1) major revision level software upgrade relative to Inspect X software. In the event that the implementation of the software upgrade is contingent upon more advanced or larger capacity hardware to support the software upgrade, the said hardware and associated labor will be at the expense of the Government.
1.4.7 Replacement Parts. All replacement part(s) furnished by the Contractor shall be new OEM compatible components that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Also, the Contractor shall coordinate the written approval of the said part(s) from the Government Representative(s) prior to installation.
1.4.7.1 The Contractor shall obtain/furnish all parts at the Contractor’s expense and provide the travel, labor, etc. necessary to repair the X-ray inspection machine whereas the Contractor shall ship the part within one (1) calendar day FOB destination to Robins AFB via domestic shipping. In addition, the Contractor shall provide the necessary “loaner” part(s) to the Government within ten (10) business days after knowledge of equipment failure—the Contractor shall coordinate the necessary delivery with the Government Representatives.
1.4.7.2 All replacement part(s) that are not included in the annual maintenance coverage and require repair(s), the Contractor shall provide the available said part(s) to the Government at the expense of the Government within ten
(10) business days.
1.4.7.3 The Contractor shall not substitute/refurbish the OEM-compatible part(s) without the approval of the Government Representative(s).
1.4.7.4 The Contractor shall provide written notification to the Government Representative(s) via email within one (1) day of knowledge concerning lack of availability and/or delays for replacement part(s). In addition, the Contractor shall provide the part(s) number/name and any available resolution(s) relative to the said X-Ray machine part(s).
1.4.8 Status Report. The Contractor shall provide a maintenance status report(s) to the
Government Representative via electronic mail within two (2) calendar days upon completion of each instance of the X-Ray inspection machine’s maintenance visits relative to the applicable annual preventative/corrective/warrantied maintenance, and/or service request(s) for repair work. These reports shall identify the date/time of arrival, description of the maintenance services requested/performed under the contract to include repairs and/or modifications resulting from those services. In addition, the Contractor shall identify any issue(s) and provide the recommendation(s) necessary to resolve the issue(s) with an estimation of the cost(s). 1.4.9 NAS Certification and Qualification of Nondestructive Test Personnel. Upon the completion of required X-Ray inspection machine testing activity which shall be accomplished by a certified NDTI technician, the Contractor shall provide a radiation certificate to the Government Representative within two (2) calendar days via electronic email certifying that the X-Ray inspection machine testing requirements have been successfully completed. 1.4.10 ACCEPTANCE. Upon completion of each X-Ray inspection machine’s (listed in
1.0 and 1.1) annual maintenance service(s), the Contractor shall conduct a functional test of said X-Ray machine to ensure proper operational performance whereas all features are operating properly according to OEM specifications. The Government Representative(s) will observe and approve the performance test results.
1.4.11 Place of Performance. The X-Ray inspection machine annual maintenance coverage services shall be performed in 566 EMXS building 640.
1.4.12 Warranty. The Contractor shall provide a three (3) month variable warranty on any service work performed and replacement parts(s) warranty services shall begin following the conclusion of any services which shall include the following:
1.4.12.1 Provide the “labor and repairs” to replace, repair, and/or correct any defects in material and workmanship.
1.4.12.2 The said “completion date” shall be contingent upon the date of inspection and acceptance of the said services whereas the machine shall be operational relative to the manufacturer’s performance specifications.
1.5 Deliverables.

2.0 SERVICE SUMMARY. N/A
3.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY (GFP).
No GFP will be provided at contract award. However, all GFP to be provided to the Contractor relative to the off-site repair work for the X-Ray machine (SN: JN4651) will be identified, as necessary, via the GFP attachment which will be provided by the Government Representative."
4.0 GENERAL INFORMATION.

4.2 Shipping/Delivery/Period of Performance.

4.4 Period of Performance. The Contractor shall coordinate the annual maintenance coverage and repair(s) on-site visit scheduling—in advance, with the Government Representative(s) above. Any associated deliveries coordinated with the Government shall be FOB Destination.
4.5 Installation. The Contractor shall perform installation of applicable parts at the Government’s site in 566 EMXS building 640 at Robins AFB as listed in paragraph 1.0 and 1.1. All Contractor personnel that do not possess a security clearance (see section 4.7) will be escorted by Government personnel at all times while performing services in a secure Government facility and/or on the flight line of a Government installation.
4.6 Contractor Program Manager. The Contractor shall provide a Program Manager who shall be the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Government. The name, phone number, and email address of the Contractor’s Program Manager(s) shall be provided in writing to the Contracting Officer, Government Representatives, and/or COR no later than five (5) calendar days after contract award date.
4.7 Place of Performance and Hours of Work. On-site contract services shall be performed at the Warner Robins Air Logistic Complex. The work will take place in building 640 (raised floor Reaper area) at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The Contractor’s work hours (shifts) shall normally be from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (EST), Monday through Friday. The Government may adjust the Contractor’s work hours based on workload requirements, with the flexibility to start work earlier, work odd shifts, and/or work weekends. The Government will provide the Contractor the required work hours (schedule) for contractor personnel and will provide a 48-hour notice prior to changing any work hours—see para. 4.6 exclusions.
4.8 Recognized Holidays. Unless otherwise required by the Government, the Contractor shall not have access to Government facilities to work or telework on all federal holidays.
If the holiday falls on Saturday, it is observed on Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it is observed on Monday.
4.9 Security Requirements.
4.9.1 Government Security Regulations. The Contractor shall ensure personnel, information, system, facility, and international security requirements are met in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-101, Integrated Defense.
4.9.2 Contractor Security Clearance. This requirement does not require a security clearance. Contractor personnel shall not be authorized access to classified and/or sensitive, but unclassified, information and/or materials or be permitted to work on classified and/or sensitive, but unclassified, projects and/or programs without a proper security clearance and a need-to-know. Contractor personnel whose clearances have been suspended or revoked shall immediately be denied access to classified and/or sensitive, but unclassified, information.
4.9.3 Communications Security (COMSEC). The Contractor shall use only secure communications methods and/or equipment to transmit or otherwise transfer classified and/or sensitive, but unclassified, information in accordance with 2 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
4.9.4 Visitors Only – No Badging ID. The Air Force has mandated all visitors consent to a check of their criminal history prior to being allowed access to installations. The check will be conducted at the Visitor Control Center (VCC) off Watson Boulevard, Robins AFB, GA. Visitors requiring unescorted access will need their driver’s license or state-issued ID along with insurance and registration if driving on base.
The pass issued by the Visitor Control Center authorizes unescorted entry to Robins AFB for the bearer only. For visitors, a short-term pass is up to 60 days. Any time greater than 60 days requires a secondary form of ID (Social security card, birth certificate or passport).
4.9.4.1 Operations Security (OPSEC). The purpose of OPSEC is to reduce the vulnerability of USAF missions to adversary collection and exploitation of critical information. The Contractor shall comply with DoDD 5205.02E “DoD Operations Security”, DoD Manual 5205.02-M and AFI 10-701 “Operations Security” to protect United States (U.S. Government interest.
The Contractor shall ensure compliance with OPSEC requirements including procedures to protect classified and/or sensitive, but unclassified, Government projects and/or programs. The Contractor shall ensure Contractor personnel who perform work at Robins AFB or another Government facility comply with the OPSEC procedures of the facility.
4.9.5 Security Incident or Violation. The Contractor shall immediately notify the
Government Security Office of any potential or actual security incidents or violations including potential or actual unauthorized disclosure or compromise of classified and/or sensitive, but unclassified, information.
4.9.6 Supply Chain Risk Management. The Contractor shall implement risk management procedures to ensure that system, equipment, components, software, maintenance equipment, and supplies do not incorporate counterfeit parts, malicious code, or other elements that would allow adversaries to gain access to data and critical program information and disrupt operations. Contractor risk management procedures shall comply with:
Air Force Pamphlet (AFPAM) 63-113, Program Protection Planning for Life
Cycle Management, SAE Aerospace Standard AS5553C, Counterfeit Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) Parts; Avoidance, Detection, Mitigation and Disposition, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800- 53 Rev 5, Security and Privacy Controls for Information Systems and Organizations.
4.9.7 Contractor Identification. Contractor personnel shall wear visible identification designating them as contractors at all times while on Robins Air Force Base.
4.9.8 Contractor Vehicle Entry. The Contractor shall contact the Robins Air Force Base Visitor's Center to and comply with local procedures for obtaining credentials and vehicle entry. Information may be obtained by calling the following phone number:

4.9.9 Agency Affirmative Procurement Program). In accordance with FAR
23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive-procurement-guideline-cpg-program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-designated products included in the bio based product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall, at a minimum, meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or bio based content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price.
4.9.9.1 In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(3)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA-designated bio based products. In accordance with the Robins Air Force Base, Georgia / Affirmative Procurement Program (formerly Green Procurement Program (GPP)) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package.
4.10 Environmental Management System (EMS). Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Awareness Training: All contractor personnel working on Robins AFB who perform activities on the installation are required to complete Air Force-provided initial EMS Awareness Training. It is the responsibility of the Prime Contractor to ensure that all sub-contractors, vendors, and employees complete this training prior to beginning work on Robins AFB. Notification of training completion shall be sent to the Robins AFB Contracting Officer (CO) to be maintained in the contract file for tracking purposes.
Failure to provide documentation of EMS Training may result in termination of the contract.
4.10.1 EMS training is provided by Environmental Management. Request for Robins
EMS Awareness training through email at 78ceg.cev.FrontOfc@us.af.mil.
Contractors have two options to satisfy the mandatory EMS Awareness Training requirement. Contractors that do not have a Common Access Card must exercise Option 2.
4.10.2 Option 1 (Preferred Option): The Air Force version of EMS Awareness Training is available through the myLearning website: https://lms-jets.cce.af.mil/. EMS Awareness Training is located under the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) /Air Force Environmental Courses tab. This option is only available to contractors who have a CAC and requires self-enrollment.
4.10.3 Option 2: Contractor requests a copy of the Robins EMS Awareness Training
Power Point Presentation from Environmental Management. The request should be sent to the Environment Management Workflow Box at the following email address, 78ceg.cev.FrontOfc@us.af.mil. Once the presentation is received, the contractor is responsible for ensuring that all his/her employees view the training.
4.11 ISO 5001-Energy Management. System Due to the WR-ALC being ISO 500001 certified, all contractors are subject to the Energy Management System (EnMS) requirements and shall abide by certification guidelines whenever applicable.
4.11.1 EnMS Training. All contractor personnel working on Robins AFB who perform activities on the installation are required to complete Air Force provided initial EnMS Training. It is the responsibility of the Prime Contractor to ensure that all sub-contractors, vendors, and employees complete this training prior to beginning work on Robins AFB.
4.11.2 EnMS training is provided by the Energy Assurance Office. The Contractor shall request the training by sending an email to 402MXSG.MXDEA.EnergyAssurance@us.af.mil.
4.11.3 Notification of training completion shall be sent to the Energy Assurance Office
(402MXSG.MXDEA.EnergyAssurance@us.af.mil) and the CSMO POC to be maintained for tracking purposes. Failure to provide documentation of EnMS Training prior to beginning work may result in termination of the contract.
4.12 Contractor Safety Program. (See Appendix C, Part II, Para 7) The Contractor shall establish and maintain an acceptable safety program in accordance with their accepted Safety and Health Plan. The Air Force is part of the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). All shall familiarize themselves with the requirements of VPP. Information on the VPP can be accessed at http://www.osha.gov/dcsp/vpp/index.html. Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for the safety and health of all subcontractor employees. No more than two Class C mishaps per contract year and Zero Class A or B mishaps will be tolerated. All changes to the plan must also be submitted in writing and approved by the Government.
4.12.1 Safety and Health Plan: Within 10 calendar days after contract award, the contractor shall email a copy of their company Safety Plan that is required to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (Public Law 91-596) to 402mxw.se.wf@us.af.mil. The Safety Plan will be provided to the Safety Office for review. The Safety Office will provide acceptance or non-acceptance within 5 working days of receipt to the government point-of-contact who will notify the CO. (CDRL A003, DI-SAFT-82080/T NOT 1, Contractor's Safety Plan).
4.12.2 The Contractor Safety Plan shall address in detail the items listed in the Contract Appendix C, Part II through Part IV as applicable. For task specific procedures identified in the Contract Appendix C, the contractor’s internal procedures for those tasks must be identifiable within the submitted Safety Plan or shall be provided in an amendment or addendum to the company’s Safety Plan. If task specific procedures identified in the Contract Appendix C, are not submitted with the contractor’s Safety Plan, the submitted Safety Plan will be returned as NOT ACCEPTED. The contractor will have 5 working days to resubmit the Safety Plan, amendment or addendum to address or correct issues identified for non-acceptance. The Safety Office will provide acceptance or non-acceptance of the resubmission within 5 workings days of receipt to the government POC who will notify the CO.
4.13 Mishap Notification. (See Appendix C, Part II, Para 5) The Contractor shall notify the
Robins AFB Safety Office telephonically at (478)-222-0043 during duty hours and (478)- 926-3567 after hours, within four (4) hours after initial notification of all mishaps or incidents for damage to DoD property (material plus labor) entrusted by this contract and employee injuries as a result of the contract operation. A follow-up (written or e-mail) of this mishap/incident notification shall be sent within three calendar days to the Government Representative, the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) or the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) (with a copy to program manager), who will forward it to the Safety Office. The information that is not available at the time of the initial notification shall be provided within 20 calendar days after the mishap. Mishap notification shall contain, as a minimum, the following information:
a. Contract, Contract Number, Name and Title of Person(s) Reporting
b. Date, Time and exact location of accident/incident
c. Brief Narrative of accident/incident (Events leading to accident/incident)
d. Cause of accident/incident, if known
e. Estimated cost of accident/incident (material and labor to repair/replace)
f. Impound Authority Name and Phone Number (as applicable)
g. Nomenclature of equipment and personnel involved in accident/incident
h. Corrective actions (taken or proposed)
i. Other pertinent information (CDRL A004, DI-SAFT-81563 NOT 2, Accident/Incident Report)
4.14 Essential Services During Crisis. The Functional Service Manager (FSM) has determined, by placing in writing their decision, that this requirement is not Mission Essential (M-E) in accordance with DFARS 237.76, Continuation of Essential Contractor Services.
4.15 Invoice/Payment and Receipt/Acceptance: In accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7003, Electronic submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the Contractor shall submit/process payment requests (invoices, Receiving Reports or combos) and receipt/acceptance documents via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) through module Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). 4.16 Marking Requirement: Unique Item Identification (UID) is required for all items to be delivered to the Department of defense (DoD) that meet the criteria established by the DFARS Clause 252.211-7003.
