The following information in this addendum, hereby become part of the Invitation To Bid. It is essential that all prospective Offerors note the content of this Addendum.

A. Questions and Answers:

1. Sheet C05 of the plans references the manufacturers installation manuals for the

Gametime playground equipment attached in the specifications, but I have not seen these manuals.

a. The GameTime installation instructions have been uploaded as supplemental information for downloading.

2. After visiting the site, I noticed that there are existing concrete picnic tables and an existing grill. I was wondering if these were to be removed and disposed of or reused in the final picnic area layouts.

a. Marion County Public Works will remove the existing concrete picnic table and grill prior to construction beginning.

3. The specifications mention only gametime certified installers are to install the playground equipment. I was having trouble finding certified installers, so if you could provide any contact information that you have regarding certified installers for this equipment.

a. Please reach out to GameTime for a list of additional certified installers in the area. Three known certified installers are listed below.

• GR Morgan Construction

• Recreation Project Services

• Precision Recreation (in the process of getting his insurance info updated with GameTime currently)
