This document is a Purchase Description for the procurement of a Pyranometer Calibration Source by the U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA). The requirement is for one calibration source with specific technical specifications, including a wavelength range of 350-1500 nm, AM1.5G Spectral Mismatch less than 5%, Spatial Non-uniformity less than 2% over a 25 mm by 25 mm square, and Temporal Stability less than 0.1% short-term and 2% long-term. The device must have variable intensity control and be capable of adjusting to 1 sun AM1.5G conditions.

The delivery requirement specifies shipping to the U.S. Army TMDE Activity, Attn: John McClain, Building 5417, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898.
