About this file
This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) document from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, involving a contract with Tops Holding Corporation for the "Fresh from Florida" Grocery Retailer Marketing Program. The contract is for marketing services to promote Florida agricultural products through various channels including weekly online supermarket sale flyers, in-store signage, promotions, publications, and social media posts, with an execution period through June 30, 2026. The project is authorized under the Florida Agricultural Promotional Campaign Act and aims to generate additional retail sales for Florida agricultural commodities, value-added products, and agricultural-related businesses.
The estimated total contract amount is up to $100,000, with an approximate contract amount of $40,000. Tops Holding Corporation is identified as the sole source due to its ability to plan, draft, print, and distribute marketing materials across its supermarket locations throughout the East Coast region. The vendor must be a non-paid member of the "Fresh From Florida" Industry Membership program. The document includes approvals from multiple officials in the Division of Marketing and Development and Division of Administration, and invites prospective vendors to provide information about their ability to supply similar services, with the agency reserving the right to confirm the single-source nature of the procurement.
