About this file

This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) document from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, focusing on a "Fresh from Florida" Grocery Retailer Marketing Program with Sprouts Farmers Market. The contract is for marketing services to promote Florida agricultural products through various channels, including circular advertisements, in-store promotions, magazines, television, and social media advertising. The contract will run from the date of execution through June 30, 2026, with an approximate contract amount of $100,000.00 and an estimated total amount of up to $150,000.00.

The single source justification is based on Sprouts Farmers Market's unique capabilities, including planning and publishing weekly online sale flyers featuring Florida agricultural products, distributing in-store signage, coordinating in-store promotions, creating vendor-specific publications, and managing social media posts. The program is authorized under Florida Statute 571.2 (Florida Agricultural Promotional Campaign Act) and aims to promote Florida agricultural commodities, value-added products, and agricultural-related businesses. The vendor must be a non-paid member of the "Fresh From Florida" Industry Membership program, and the contract is being pursued through a competitive solicitation process that allows other potential vendors to provide information about their capabilities.
