The Division of Aquaculture is seeking a vendor-hosted cloud-based and mobile software solution to support regulatory and public health operations. The procurement includes software licenses, core modules (Onsite Wastewater, Tanning, Body Art, Complaints, Plan Review), add-ons (mobile app, citizen portal, online payments, GIS integration, data warehouse/BI), implementation services, and ongoing support. The contract term extends from the date of execution through June 30, 2029. The last day for receipt of information from prospective vendors is January 16, 2026. Contact for inquiries is Nita Jackson, Government Analyst II, at procurement@fdacs.gov or (850) 617-7180.

This upgrade is intended to maintain uninterrupted services for public health inspections, complaint management, and regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements for data security, accessibility, and records retention. This procurement is posted for a mandatory fifteen business day advertisement period in accordance with Florida Statutes.
