About this file

This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) filed by the Florida Department of Management Services for the Office of Inspector General. The Department seeks K10 Vision Audit and Risk Management Software licenses, user training, maintenance support, and hosting services to support the internal audit function and investigative case management operations. The procurement involves a 5-year contract term with K10 Vision, Inc. The last day for prospective vendors to submit information regarding their ability to supply comparable commodities or services is March 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. No specific bidder conference or site visit is mentioned in the documentation.

The total estimated cost for the 5-year contract is $131,666, with Year 1 costs of $64,330 (including implementation) and subsequent years ranging from $15,622 to $18,086 for maintenance, support fees, and hosting services. The Department justifies the single-source procurement on the grounds that K10 Vision Software uniquely integrates risk assessment, audit planning, scheduling, timekeeping, audit program development, workpapers, findings, recommendations, reporting, and follow-up functions within one system while accommodating the agency's records retention requirements. K10 Vision, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of K10 Vision Holdings Limited, is identified as the sole authorized provider with no resellers available. The procurement was approved by multiple Department officials including the Deputy Chief Information Officer, Inspector General, Purchasing Administrator, Departmental Purchasing Director, Budget Director, and the Interim Secretary.
