The document outlines a requirement for an online system to track activity and actions of the Florida Legislature, with the agency needing access for up to 150 full access users. The solicitation was posted on July 24, 2025, with the last day for receipt of information set as August 14, 2025. The system must provide centralized bill assignment, monitoring, and reporting capabilities, with access to reports, notifications, press releases, and information from various governmental entities.

The intended single source vendor is LobbyTools, Inc., with an estimated contract value of $90,000.00. The agency justifies the single source procurement by stating that LobbyTools' proprietary system uniquely meets their requirements, and no other system with the same features has been identified. The document indicates that prospective vendors are invited to provide information about their ability to supply the described services, with the agency reserving the right to confirm the single-source nature of the procurement after reviewing any submitted information.
