About this file

This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). DJJ currently has records stored at Archive America and needs to relocate 3,015 record boxes from the vendor's location in Miami, Florida, to DJJ's warehouse. The records can only be released by Archive America, as they are the sole holder of these records. DJJ is seeking to contract with Archive America for the retrieval and permanent removal of these records. The estimated dollar amount for this procurement is not provided. Responses from prospective vendors must be received by October 18, 2022.

The justification for this single-source acquisition is that Archive America, the current holder of the records, is the only vendor that can release and provide the records to DJJ. No other vendor has access to these records or the vendor's facility. DJJ has determined that the commodities or contractual services are available only from Archive America.
