The agency intends to procure information technology service delivery from DataBank IMX, LLC for data extraction and migration services, focusing on Oracle IPM data conversion for their electronic document management system. The solicitation was posted on 05/23/2025, with the last day for receipt of information being 06/16/2025.

The estimated contract value is up to $100,000, with an approximate contract amount of $70,000. The single-source justification centers on DataBank IMX, LLC being the only authorized Oracle network member capable of extracting and migrating the division's proprietary Oracle IPM data in a manner that preserves data relationships and converts it to a supported format. The project is specifically related to the Division of Licensing's system for managing concealed weapon or firearm license applications, photos, and supporting documentation. Key approvers include John Raymaker (Director of Licensing), Brandee Jurkowski (Systems Programmer Administrator), and other senior administrative personnel from the department.
