About this file
This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) form filed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' Division of Marketing and Development. The agency intends to procure promotional advertising services for the "Fresh from Florida" brand through a single-source agreement with Beta II Marketing Corp (Bravo). The scope of work includes featuring the "Fresh from Florida" logo in Bravo and C-Town grocery store circular advertisements, placing Florida commodities in promotional materials, developing in-store signage, and executing a fully integrated multi-faceted marketing campaign incorporating website advertisements, social media posts, geo-targeted push notifications, in-store signage, and in-store radio messaging. The contract term extends from the date of execution through June 30, 2027. The deadline for prospective vendors to submit information regarding their ability to provide these services is October 2, 2026, with the notice having been posted on September 11, 2026, for the required 15-business-day advertisement period.
The estimated contract amount is approximately $130,000, with an upper limit of $150,000. The single-source justification is based on Beta II Marketing Corp's exclusive status as the marketing services provider for Bravo and C-Town stores, with demonstrated capabilities to plan, print, and publish weekly sale flyers featuring the "Fresh from Florida" logo; produce and distribute in-store signage across all store locations; and develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The purchase has been approved by multiple divisional representatives and administrators within the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Division of Administration. This procurement is not a competitive bid or proposal solicitation but rather a statutory notice providing prospective vendors an opportunity to present alternative capabilities before the agency finalizes its single-source acquisition decision.
