About this file

This document is a public release of information from the U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), reminding construction, design, and engineering contractors that public release of any information related to DOS projects, including photographs, is prohibited without written approval from the Contracting Officer. All project-related documents and records are the exclusive property of the U.S. Government, and no article, book, or media containing information about the work can be published without prior written authorization. Contractors are required to safeguard all sensitive information associated with DOS projects and immediately notify the Contracting Officers if any unapproved information has been published. This obligation continues even after the project has ended.

The related federal contract opportunity is for an IDIQ program to provide fast-track design/build services for forced-entry ballistic-resistant repair and replacement, vehicle barrier replacement, modular hardline walls, and other physical security upgrades at multiple DOS facilities worldwide. This is a set-aside competition for 8(a) stand-alone, 8(a) joint ventures, women-owned small businesses, and HUBZone entities only.
