About this file
This is a Public Notice of Special Procurement (#REQ-DASOBO-107110) issued by the State of Oregon through the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department for Criminal Records and Driving Records Check Services. The notice explicitly states this is not an opportunity to submit a proposal but rather serves as a public notice of procurement approval. Affected parties have seven calendar days from the first date of notice to submit written protests to the State Chief Procurement Officer. Protests must be submitted to either the Oregon Department of Administrative Services EGS-Procurement Services office in Salem or via email, with copies sent to the Agency point of contact, Winona Butler.
The notice does not include details about pricing terms, contract duration, or funding sources. It primarily focuses on the protest submission process and requirements, which must include detailed legal and factual grounds, description of resulting harm, and requested relief. The notice serves purely as a procedural announcement of the approved special procurement rather than a solicitation for bids or proposals.
