The County is soliciting proposals for a contract to supply temporary clinical staffing for public health clinics and programs, with services to include on-site healthcare professionals working within their licensure to provide direct patient care for adults and children. The pricing structure includes hourly rates for various healthcare professional classifications, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, Clinical Lab Scientists, Epidemiologists, and multiple other specialized roles. The County will implement a scoring process evaluating proposals based on the firm's background, key personnel, work plan, and compliance with contract requirements. The RFP includes preferences for Local Small Businesses (OCLSB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), with potential additional scoring advantages for businesses meeting these certifications. Overtime will be reimbursed according to California state labor regulations, and the contract includes provisions for potential multi-year renewal and Board of Supervisors approval for contracts exceeding specific financial thresholds.
