The hotel must be located within 10 miles of PSU 313 at 2000 West Marine View Drive, Everett, WA 98207, and all personnel must be housed at a single location. Facility requirements include minimum three-diamond AAA rating, compliance with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, no-smoking rooms with refrigerators, free wi-fi, secured parking (included in pricing), 24-hour front desk operations, and dining within 0.5 miles walking distance. The facility cannot participate in government-funded low-income housing programs. The Government will pay only room rates and parking fees; all other charges are individual responsibility.
