About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0002) to a federal solicitation for Clinical West Staffing, issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on July 16, 2025. The solicitation (No. 75P00125R00011) is a total set-aside for 8(a) small businesses, seeking professional medical staffing and occupational health professionals for the western region in support of the Program Support Center (PSC) for Federal Occupational Health (FOH).
The amendment specifically notifies interested parties about a pending appeal before the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Hearings and Appeals, Docket No. NAICS-2025-07-14-082. As a result of this appeal, the proposal due date is stayed, meaning questions and proposals will not be accepted until further notice. The SBA has instructed the Contracting Officer to amend the solicitation, attach the Notice and Order, and halt the procurement process until a decision is rendered.
