About this file
PS Small Order Purchase RFP - OSHA HazMat Training FY27
This is a Small Order Purchase Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Philadelphia Water Department in Pennsylvania for the provision of OSHA-certified hazardous materials training services. The RFP seeks qualified training providers to deliver site-specific training programs that include hands-on demonstrations, lecture components, video materials, and employee handouts. The training must comply with OSHA standards and be tailored to the Philadelphia Water Department's operational needs and employee requirements. The document outlines the procurement process for Fiscal Year 2027, establishing the framework for interested vendors to submit proposals demonstrating their qualifications, training methodologies, and capability to deliver comprehensive HazMat safety instruction.
The RFP is structured as a small order purchase, indicating a streamlined procurement process with expedited timelines compared to standard competitive bidding procedures. Specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, response deadlines, and evaluation criteria should be detailed within the full RFP document. Vendors responding to this opportunity must demonstrate OSHA certification credentials, experience delivering site-specific training programs, and the ability to customize course materials to meet the Philadelphia Water Department's particular hazmat safety training objectives and employee populations.
