Rain Gear for Evidence Response Team - Master Agreement

This is a bid document for rain gear procurement for an Evidence Response Team in Maine. The solicitation requests various rain gear items including rain jackets, rain pants, and related protective equipment for evidence response personnel. The bid document outlines specifications and quantities for the rain gear products needed to outfit the Evidence Response Team with appropriate weather protection during field operations. Specific response dates, due dates for bid submissions, site visit information, and bidder's conference details would be included in the formal solicitation. The resulting contract would establish a master agreement for rain gear supply, with terms specifying the contract duration and any available renewal options for continued procurement of these items.

The pricing structure for this master agreement would establish unit costs and total pricing for the specified rain gear items. The solicitation may include set-aside provisions for certain vendor categories or small business requirements applicable to Maine state procurement. Any incumbent vendors currently supplying rain gear to the Evidence Response Team would be identified. Funding for this procurement would be sourced from the applicable state budget or agency appropriations designated for Evidence Response Team equipment and supplies. Additional salient details regarding minimum order requirements, delivery schedules, and vendor qualifications would be specified in the complete bid document.
