About this file
This document is a solicitation incorporating clauses by reference and in full text for federal contract FA255026Q0055, issued by the Air Force.
The document establishes the contractual framework and regulatory requirements for the procurement but does not specify the actual products or services to be acquired, pricing information, response deadlines, or award dates. Instead, it functions as a clauses document that incorporates numerous Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses by reference, along with the full text of selected clauses. Key clauses address critical compliance areas including cybersecurity safeguards for covered defense information, prohibition on covered defense telecommunications equipment, whistleblower protections, prohibited business operations with the Maduro regime and Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, small business set-aside requirements, item unique identification and valuation standards, and payment procedures through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. The solicitation applies various deviations dated 2026-02 through 2026-04, indicating recent modifications to standard FAR and DFARS provisions. Additional requirements cover child labor compliance, equal opportunity for workers with disabilities, trafficking in persons, sustainability, convict labor prohibitions, and tax withholding on foreign procurements under 26 U.S.C. 5000C. The clause 252.211-7003 requires detailed item unique identification with data matrix marking for items exceeding $5,000 in government unit acquisition cost and specifies reporting through WAWF receiving reports or direct submission to the DoD Item Unique Identification Registry.
