The contract incorporates prohibitions on covered defense telecommunications equipment, hexavalent chromium, certain foreign procurements, and business operations with the Maduro regime. Additional requirements include domestic source restrictions, preference for domestic commodities, reporting of executive compensation and subcontract awards, and compliance with trade agreement restrictions. The document specifies WAWF routing data including Pay Official DoDAAC F87700, Issue By DoDAAC FA4897, Admin DoDAAC FA4897, and Inspect By DoDAAC F2FT14. The full text clauses address item unique identification requirements for items with Government unit acquisition costs of $5,000 or more, only one offer provisions, WAWF payment procedures, small business subcontracting limitations, and responsibility matters reporting requirements. All referenced clauses are dated between 2006 and 2026, reflecting current federal acquisition regulations.
