About this file
This document contains multiple provisions and clauses incorporated by reference into a federal contract or solicitation. It includes FAR clauses related to system for award management, prohibitions on certain telecommunications equipment and services, requirements for representations and certifications, and other standard contract terms and conditions. The document also references Commerce Acquisition Regulation (CAR) clauses related to agency protests and contract performance during changes in operating status at NIST. This appears to be a template document that does not specifically address the products or services required under a particular contract or solicitation.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for a THz Quantum Cascade Laser System. The Optical Measurements Group within NIST's Material Measurement Laboratory requires this laser system to test components for a spectro-radiometry calibration and measurement testbed. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. No other details regarding response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or incumbents are provided in the information given.
