About this file

This is a Proposer RFP Checklist document for the City of Santa Monica, California, which is soliciting qualified firms to provide 24x7 Service Desk services. The checklist outlines essential submission requirements and procedural steps that prospective proposers must follow when responding to the RFP. Key procedural requirements include attending the pre-proposal conference if offered, submitting clarifying questions by the specified deadline, reviewing all formal addenda posted on the City's OpenGov online vendor portal, and adhering strictly to the RFP-specified format when preparing responses. Proposers must provide point-by-point responses to all sections in a clear and concise manner, as evaluation will be based solely on information and materials provided in the submitted response. Critical emphasis is placed on reviewing the RFP document thoroughly before submission and checking for any issued addenda, with signed acknowledgment of each addendum required at submission.

Proposers must submit signed acknowledgments for all addenda issued for the RFP and must strictly adhere to all submission dates and times listed on the front page of the RFP document. The checklist emphasizes that late proposals are never accepted and that submission timeliness is mandatory. No additional information regarding pricing terms, set asides, contract duration, renewal options, funding sources, or other financial requirements is included in this procedural checklist document.
