About this file

This document is an addendum to a request for bids for a promotional video issued by the Greater Lowell Regional Vocational Technical School District in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts. The original request specified a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on November 22, 2019; this addendum changes that requirement to a recommended pre-bid conference on the same date and location. The promotional video is expected to be 5-8 minutes in length, shot in high definition, and cover the Greater Lowell Technical High School as well as potential offsite interviews within the school district geography of Lowell, Dracut, Tyngsborough, or Dunstable.

The contract is for preproduction, production, and post-production services for the promotional video. No other pricing, set-aside, incumbent, or funding details are provided in the addendum.
