About this file

This document provides detailed instructions for using ProjNet, an online bidder inquiry system for a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) solicitation. The solicitation number is W912QR25QA033, related to a herbicide contract for Carr Creek Lake in Knott County, Kentucky. Bidders must register on ProjNet using a specific Bidder Inquiry Key (ZXM2UQ-AC2FA2) to submit technical inquiries and questions about the proposal procedures. The system allows bidders to submit questions up to five days before the solicitation closing date, with the government responding within two days of the closing date. The call center operates weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM U.S. Central Time and can be reached at 800-428-HELP.

Specific registration instructions include accessing the ProjNet homepage, selecting USACE as the agency, entering the provided Bidder Inquiry Key, and creating a user account with personal and company information. Users will establish a secret question and answer for future system access, and will receive email acknowledgments for their inquiries. Importantly, bidders are instructed to submit their actual proposals according to the solicitation's provisions, not through the ProjNet system, and are encouraged to review the full specification and existing inquiries before submitting new questions.
