About this file
The document is a comprehensive project manual for the Curry County Pre-trial Services Construction project, prepared by NCA Architects, LLC for the Curry County Board of County Commissioners located in Clovis, New Mexico. The project involves a 917-square-foot renovation of a portion of the basement in the Curry County Courthouse, specifically designed to house the Pre-trial Services department. The renovation will include three new offices and an open work space, featuring new interior partitions, floor finishes, mechanical systems, lighting, and electrical outlets. The project is soliciting competitive sealed bids through Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2024/25-14, with the primary goal of creating a functional workspace for the county's Pre-trial Services department.
The project manual includes detailed specifications for construction materials, methods, and requirements, with a focus on quality control, sustainable design practices, and compliance with local building codes. The total project budget and specific funding sources are not explicitly stated in the document. The specifications cover various aspects of construction, including thermal insulation, fire protection, joint sealants, door hardware, and interior finishes. The project emphasizes adherence to local and federal accessibility requirements, environmental standards, and safety regulations. Bidders are expected to provide comprehensive proposals that meet the technical specifications outlined in the extensive project manual, which includes everything from architectural drawings to material requirements and installation guidelines.
