About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the General Services Administration's (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) for the Personnel and Readiness Infrastructure Support Management (PRISM) contract. The RFI is seeking market research to identify businesses capable of performing services across two pools: Personnel and Readiness (P&R) and Major Department of Defense Systems (MDoDS). Respondents must complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering areas such as prior contract experience, technical capabilities, labor categories, and expertise with specific DoD systems like Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS).
The RFI requires companies to submit a searchable PDF response by May 30th, 2025, detailing their qualifications, including entity information, small business status, contract experience, and staff expertise in labor categories like Subject Matter Expert, Senior Systems Analyst, Program Manager, and Data Scientist. The document emphasizes experience with professional services contracts, Agile Product Owner roles, multi-tenant task orders, streamlined task order procedures, and work within Department of Defense environments. Respondents must provide specific contract examples demonstrating capabilities in areas such as proposal drafting, contract transitions, accounting systems, and work with various DoD platforms and reporting systems.
