About this file
This is a Pricing Sheet for a state or local contract opportunity related to automation planning and enablement services. The contract includes mandatory base services consisting of six Automation Planning and Enablement Workshops delivered on a firm-fixed-price basis. Additionally, the contract offers Advanced Advisory and Enablement Support on an as-needed basis with an estimated quantity of 120 hours and a not-to-exceed (NTE) rate structure. Optional services include Instructor-Led Classroom and Virtual Training offerings, for which the contractor must provide standard list prices and discount percentages. The pricing sheet does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder conferences, or award dates, nor does it indicate the contract term or renewal options.
The pricing structure establishes firm-fixed pricing for base workshops while as-needed support services are billed hourly up to approved NTE limits. Optional training discounts remain valid for the base year and all exercised option periods unless approved otherwise in writing by the Agency. The contract explicitly excludes software procurement, licensing, subscriptions, and third-party services, which remain the responsibility of the Agency. The Agency may award the contract without purchasing optional services, and all optional services require prior written authorization. Unused optional hours expire at the end of the applicable contract term or option year and do not carry forward. The contractor's responsibilities are limited to enablement, training, advisory, and authorized support services, with the Agency retaining sole responsibility for implementation decisions and long-term maintenance of any automation solutions.
