Price increases are capped at 4 percent annually or the actual CPI change, whichever is less, and must reference current pricing, the applicable CPI percentage change, and the proposed new price. If notification is not received within the thirty-day window, prices for the renewal period will remain unchanged from the previous period. Price decreases may be submitted in writing at any time during the contract period or renewal periods.
