The contract is administered through COMMBUYS with Contract #PO-21-1080-OSD03-SRC01-20833 and is applicable to all Commonwealth Eligible Entities across various government branches. The contract covers four service categories: Accounting (General and Specialty) and Audit (General and Specialty), including services such as general accounting, banking, tax consulting, cost allocation, valuations, audit compliance, and information technology services. Pricing is based on pre-negotiated blended hourly rates listed in the RFR Response, with no separate fees allowed for travel, costs, or materials. Contractors must have previously submitted responses for the listed services, and all potential Statements of Work by State Departments must be reviewed by the Contract Manager to ensure no conflicts with Single State Audit requirements or state finance laws. Statements of Work under this contract are limited to 36 months, and the total contract value will be determined through negotiation between the Eligible Entity and selected Contractor.
