The ProjNet system will send acknowledgement emails for submitted questions and subsequent reply notifications. Vendors can access support through a call center operating weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM U.S. Central Time Zone, with the contact number 800-428-HELP. The RFI emphasizes that this is a prequalification notice and not a formal solicitation, following procedures authorized under DFARS 236.272.
