Attendance at this Pre-Proposal Conference and Site visit is vital to the preparation of a competitive, cost effective, and accurate bid in accordance with the technical requirements. It will enable the contractor to become acquainted with the areas which require special attention.

Contractors are reminded to dress appropriately.

While the Pre-Proposal Conference will provide an opportunity to discuss and clarify the solicitation provisions, nothing said or represented at the site visit shall be deemed to modify the solicitation requirements unless followed by a written amendment.

Contractors are required to wear face coverings when gaining access to and working within

GSA-controlled facilities. Exceptions may apply for reasons such as impracticality, health or other bases, and shall be approved by the Contracting Officer. Face coverings will not be provided to contractors by the Government. Contractors should maintain social distancing measures when practicable. Individuals may be required to lower their face coverings if requested when passing through security checkpoints.

It has been determined that cameras are permissible for only the construction area. Photographs are only authorized for the immediate work areas included in this project. Under no circumstances should photographs be taken of people or license plates on the premises.

After the Pre-Proposal Site Visit, interested firms are requested to submit questions in writing to

Sotheavy Khon at sotheavy.khon@gsa.gov within three (3) business days after the date of the

Pre-proposal Site Visit in order to facilitate preparation of responses. Each question should clearly specify the Section, Page, and Paragraph, to which it refers. Answers to questions will be provided after the Pre-Proposal Site Visit in an expeditious manner as possible.
