The requirement is for one (1) water tanker truck with the following specifications: 5,000 US gallon capacity, stainless steel tank, PTO-driven pump, extended cab, and automatic or automated manual transmission with a minimum of 8 forward gears. The truck must run on low sulfur diesel and does not require DEF. The vehicle is intended for drinking water transport and must be equipped with a stainless steel tank. The deadline for submission of offers is August 31, 2026, with a deadline for questions by August 4, 2026. Payment terms are 30 days after receipt of the merchandise/vehicles, and delivery must occur within 180 days after receipt of order. Offerors must provide evidence of the ability to secure a 50% performance bond from a bank. The requirement is open to all vendors, with no small business set-aside or geographic restrictions, provided the supply source does not contravene US public laws or Federal Acquisition Regulations. The amendment also emphasizes compliance with FAR clause 52.204-24 regarding representations regarding covered telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment, which requires offerors to certify their use or non-use of such equipment and services.
