This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the US Mission in Geneva for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for tires and tire winter/summer rotation services. The solicitation seeks to establish a BPA with one or more vendors to provide tire procurement and maintenance services for the mission's 30-vehicle fleet, which includes vehicles with tire sizes ranging from 15 to 20 inches. The government estimates the total contract value at $150,000, with individual purchase orders not to exceed $10,000.

Key details include a submission deadline of November 21, 2025, at 5 pm local time, with quotations to be submitted electronically to genevaprocurement2@state.gov. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a completed SF-1449, compliance with evaluation factors, representations and certifications, and proof of SAM registration. The services required include tire mounting, balancing, geometry control, tire repair, climate control, tire storage, old tire disposal, and caretaking. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, responsible quoter, with the potential for multiple BPAs to be issued.
