This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Operational Technology Division (OTD) to remove and replace four antennas and coax cables at the Baileys Crossroads tower site.

The objective of this non-personal services contract is to procure technical services to remove the existing four antennas and coax lines, and install four new customer-furnished VHF antennas and coax feedlines. The government anticipates the installation services being performed before August 31, 2024. The contractor shall provide all necessary hardware not provided by the government, including jumpers, grounding, connectors, lightning protection, and weatherproofing. The government will furnish the antennas, coax cable, and other specified materials. This is a repair project, not a new installation, so a Section L & M has not been prepared. There are no known security requirements, and the government staff will be present to make the final equipment connections.
