September 14, 2021 Notification to Unsuccessful Offerors

Solicitation Number CT2309-21, Interlining Fusing Fabric Pursuant to FAR 15.503(b) Post-Award notices, this letter serves as your Post-Award notice.

The solicitation was issued as an unrestricted acquisition and advertised on the beta.SAM.gov Contract Opportunities website 08/11/2021. No Amendments were issued. The Offer due date was 08/31/2021. Contract was awarded 09/14/2021 and the effective date is 09/14/2021. All items are awarded to one offeror.

There were two (2) Offerors that responded to the solicitation and submitted responsive proposals.

One (1) offeror received the award for Contract Number DJU4600005326 effective 09/14/2021.

The name and address of the offeror receiving the award is: Harodite Industries, 66 South Street, Tauton MA, 02780, DUNS No. 001014323 The total contract price is: $237,000.00 (3 year term).

Offers were evaluated in accordance with FAR 12.206, FAR 15.305 and FAR 15.307. Solicitation document included FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Evaluation of offerors was based on significant technical factors, past performance factors within the past three years for like or similar items (Textile and Fabric Finishing Mills) and price. Technical and past performance factors were more important than price.
