About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of the Army seeking market research on high-altitude Electronic Attack (EA) payload capabilities for integration onto unmanned high-altitude platforms. The RFI is focused solely on the payload system, not the platform itself.
Interested contractors must submit white papers by March 14, 2025 at 3:00 PM EST addressing system maturity, demonstration/testing history, costs for 50 production units, technical capabilities including EIRP and sensitivity across frequencies, and suggested requirement modifications (excluding priority 1 requirements). Only cleared defense contractors with active CAGE codes and Secret facility clearance levels may participate. To receive the draft requirements package (marked CUI), vendors must request it by March 7, 2025 through DoD SAFE. Responses are limited to 30 pages and must be submitted in Microsoft Word format. The NAICS code is 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing) with no set-asides specified. The government emphasizes this is for planning purposes only and does not guarantee a future RFP or contract award.
