About this file
This document is an introductory cover page to the General Application Instructions (GAI) for Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) funding opportunities. The GAI is designed to be read in conjunction with the program announcement for a specific funding opportunity. The program announcement provides basic information on what to submit, while the GAI supplies additional details and instructions on how to submit applications and prepare them for submission.
Applicants must ensure that the version of the GAI they use matches the version specified on the front page of the program announcement to which they are applying. The document instructs users to access the GAI through hyperlinks provided in the relevant program announcement. This is a procedural cover page rather than substantive guidance and does not contain specific funding amounts, deadlines, award values, or program-specific requirements.
